- Do I have to bring a lock from home?
No need, we’ve got you covered. We’ll provide a free lock with rental. For online rentals, we’ll place your lock in your storage unit. Renting in-person? We’ll make sure to hand off your lock in the office. The lock is yours to keep when you move out!
- How do I move out?
Let us know by the 27th of the month, either by email or by signing a move-out slip in the office. After that, you can remove everything from your storage unit and sweep it. You’re good to go after that!
- When can I access my storage unit?
Any time. Your storage unit is available to access 24/7, so you can visit whenever you want!
- How do I get into the facility?
You’ll get a code that gets you through the gate or building door when you rent!
- Do you sell moving supplies or packing supplies?
Yes! We offer boxes, tape, and wrapping paper in our office.
- How do I know what size unit to rent?
Check out our size guide for more information on what best fits into each size storage unit. Most people find a 10’ x 10’ storage unit fits most needs, but our storage experts can help go over your options when you contact us!
- Who should I contact if I have a question?

- Do you provide pest control?
Yes. Our regular, preventative pest control keeps your storage unit safer from bugs and rodents.
- Can I use mothballs or my own pest control products in my unit?
No. Our regular pest control shouldn’t mix with other chemicals, so using any personal pest control products, including mothballs, is prohibited.
- What is self storage and how does it work?
Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.
- How much does self storage cost?

- Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
- What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.
